This white blend is Chenin Blanc-driven, which is one of South Africa’s most promising varietals. Chenin Blanc is sometimes referred to as “Steen,” and is known for its balanced acidity and appetite-whetting aromas of pineapple, litchi, and guava. The addition of Viognier and Roussanne gives the wine an aromatic lift and a touch of richness on the palate.
