Madfish Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

MadFish Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is crafted from vineyards scattered across the Margaret River and Great Southern regions. The South West of Western Australia is especially suited to the production of this iconic white blend, so much so that over time this style has evolved into the region’s signature white wine – nobody does it better! Margaret River has more of a moderate climate compared to the cooler Great Southern region. Therefore, the grapes from Margaret River will be slightly riper and exhibit more tropical fruit aromas, while the Great Southern fruit possesses higher acidity and floral notes – when mixed together it is the perfect balance between the two.
